| Job Description: |
Community bank is looking for solid Underwriter / Relationship Manager to add to staff. Bank is solid, CURRENTLY LENDING, and has good business to put on the books. Typical deal size 500K - 2MM. Underwriter / RM supports BDO efforts. Not cold calling, but encouraged to sell, expand business to current bank customers and maintain excellent customer service. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
7-10 years experience in C&I underwriting in the small-middle market space. Unsecured, asset-based lines of credit, and equipment finance experience preferred...total relationship lending. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Solid cash management and deposit gathering experience a plus. |
