| Job Description: |
Fast-growing regional firm is seeking a Senior Tax Manager capable of meeting qualifications to eventually become partner. Would initially take over day-to-day operations of individual slated to become the firm's PIC for Tax & Accounting Services. Requires strong business development capabilities, leadership and mentoring skills and technical strength in a variety of tax disciplines.

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Broad experience in corporate, partership and individual taxation for federal and state entities; track record of business development from new and existing clients. |
