9340 Treasury Director Job

Location: OH-Cincinnati  
Lower Midwest (IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, MO, NE & OH)
Salary Range: 125,000 - 125,000
Total Compensation: 150,000 - 150,000
Job Description: Responsibilities • Capital Markets / Corporate Finance / Banking – key contact for external financing (bank loans, long-term debt financing, etc.), single point of contact for bank relationships, and responsible for compliance with covenants, terms and conditions of financing agreements (leases, letters of credit, etc.), and working with legal department on contract matters • Pension Management – responsible for all treasury pension-related matters, lead company Investment Committee, track performance of pension portfolio, interact with investment managers, custodian, actuary and PBGC, conduct internal reviews, meet legal, reporting and funding requirements • International Treasury – foreign operation contact for all debt, cash and other agreements and activities • Strategic Initiatives – treasury representative on all divestitures, mergers, acquisitions, asset sales and other ad-hoc projects • Capital Structure – principal contact with company’s tax, legal and accounting departments for inter-company loans, capitalization of subsidiaries, dividends (internal and external shareholders), and other internal capital structure initiatives – including treasury representative on company’s capital structure committee • Working Capital Initiatives – steward of company working capital improvement initiatives including benchmarking against peers • Capital Budget – central point of contact for company capital budget process, responsible for monitoring and overseeing all activity • Investor Relations – principle contact on all investor relations activities
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, None, None
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: Requirements • 8 to 10 years of experience in public corporate treasury function • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study • Solid finance and accounting skills • Banking, international and investor relations experience is a positive • Ability to lead complex projects and to support multiple projects simultaneously • Complex contracts experience • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance issues in the corporate treasury field • Results-oriented person with superior analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills • Excellence in writing, oral communication, organization and interpersonal skills
