9431 Product Control Local Markets Analyst Job

Location: Northeast (CT, ME, MA, NH, RI & VT)
Salary Range: 80,000 - 80,000
Total Compensation: 80,000 - 80,000
Job Description: Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ? Daily P&L production and analysis ? Produce Swap, Bond and FX P&L for a group of three to six traders ? Prepare/manage Flash versus actual P&L Variance reporting and analysis ? Reconcile daily P&L reports to GL and source systems ? Analyze all components of the daily P&L for accuracy and reasonability ? Prepare P&L and market commentary (P&L decomposition / P&L risk based explain) ? Month-end close process
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, None, None
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: ? 5+ years of Product Control experience ? Strong Finance and Accounting skills ? Experience producing, analyzing and improving daily trading P&L reporting ? Manage a small daily P&L team ? Strong Income product knowledge and product control experience with some or all of the following products: bonds, swaps, swaptions, caps/floors, credit default swaps, foreign exchange. ? Experience developing and posting manual accounting entries ? Must have Finance or Accounting degree
Preferred Qualifications: ? CPA, CFA, MBA or advanced degrees are a plus ? Spanish is a plus
