| Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for calling on business clients/prospects in assistance to the Commercial Relationship Managers in the development of new/and growing the current treasury management services business relationships.
• Handles the moderately complex to complex accounts.
• Provide sales support and product knowledge on treasury management services.
• Participate in joint sales calls with commercial relationship managers, RMS, construction RMs, small business, private client and retail to determine (and sell) treasury services to bank customers and prospects.
• Provide client support and product knowledge in relation to treasury management services.
• Facilitate conversion after the sales and see that the product is implemented properly.
• Monitor the service quality of existing treasury management clients and resolve service/product related issues.
• Proposals, problem solving and resolution of treasury issues with prospects and clients.
• Provide upper management with strategic reports and other information concerning the development of income, production goals achievement, etc.

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Requirements:
• This position requires a Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) with four to six years directly related experience (six to eight years preferred).
• Lending and/or sales experience.
• Excellent consultative sales skills.
• Relevant certifications
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Good organizational and customer service skills.
