9469 Investment Wholesaler Job

Location: Southeast (AL, FL, GA, LA, MS, NC, SC & TN)
Salary Range: 90,000 - 90,000
Total Compensation: 150,000 - 150,000
Job Description: Our client, a well regarded asset management firm with over $16B in AUM, has consistently met a variety of investment and risk management needs for a diverse client base. The firm has more than 6,000 accounts and provides a full range of asset management services for Taft-Hartley plans, corporate retirement plans, endowments, foundations, high-net -worth individuals and families, and public funds spread across all 50 states. The Asset Advisory Wholesaler will sell a full suite of asset management and advisory services through third party professionals, such as regional broker/dealers, CPA/investment advisory professionals, financial planners and RIAs. The incumbent will: 1) Prospect in assigned territory using marketing lists (i.e. Judy Diamond), leads from trade shows, company advertising and networking in business community, 2) Identify third party professionals that will generate prospects for the firm’s Advisory program, 3) Meet with third party professionals to screen for acceptability, 4) Work with third party professionals to introduce firm’s product offerings to their clients, and work with third party sales reps to help close business, 5) Help third party professionals review and respond to RFP's and make presentations with third party reps., 6) Attend industry seminars and make educational presentations about firm’s product offerings and other topics of interest, and 7) Provide ongoing service to third party professionals and their clients.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree, None, None
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: 1) Must currently reside in the Nashville, Memphis, or St. Louis area, 2) Sales experience within a wholesaling investment services environment. 3) Consistently solid, verifiable track record of over quota performance. 4) Technical knowledge of investment and advisory services industry. 5) Strong presentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Please be prepared to provide specific information relative to last 5 year's sales performance, plus detailed data regarding academic success.
