Summary
Manages and monitors daily cash management transactions, reports cash operation activities and
executes borrowing/investment transactions. Ensures adequate liquidity and proper investments.
Prepares cash flow projections. Additional responsibilities include maintaining bank relationships,
determination of short-term cash to be invested and anticipation of short-term borrowing needs.
Responsible for liquidity management and cash accounting.
Responsibilities
• Performs daily corporate cash management and forecasting activities
• Manages daily cash process and reviews all cash management transactions
• Determines daily cash balances available for investment
• Recommends and administers investment options for excess cash balances
• Executes daily concentration of cash and borrowing
• Executes wire transfers and other funding necessary to balance company’s daily cash position
• Manages short term credit needs; administers borrowing positions
• Maintains bank relationships
• Reports cash operation activities
• Prepares cash flow projections
• Anticipates short-term borrowing needs
• Gathers and interprets cash flow and other financial data
• Maintains bank accounts
• Implements cash management systems and trains staff on those systems
• Recommends cash management policies
• Performs daily bank account reconciliation
• Resolves cash issues in a timely manner
• Provides data for monthly journal entries relating to cash management activity
• Processes returned bank account items and distributes to appropriate parties
• Processes miscellaneous deposit items for corporate bank accounts
• Assists annual budgeting analysis and work papers
• Assists with AR, AP, and Payroll related projects
• Review banking structure and make justifiable recommendations for improvements. Takes an active role in researching and recommending process efficiencies and improvements.

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field required
• CTP preferred
• Solid understanding of financial analysis and statistics
• Familiarity with cash/bank management systems
• Four to six years of relevant experience
• Accounting or financial analysis
• Strong Excel skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Time management and organization skills
• Presentation skills
• Impeccable interpersonal communication skills
