| Job Description: |
A top financial services firm is seeking a strong Manager/Associates for its Internal Audit Department. The position will be reporting into the unit covering Infrastructure Audits for the Global Wealth Management business. The Internal Audit is responsible for validating that (1) the Firm's financial statements are fairly stated and (2) the Firm operates in a controlled environment (key internal controls are functioning adequately). Internal Audit also assists in monitoring the Firm's compliance with guidelines set for risk management and risk monitoring.
This position focuses on the Planning of IT infrastructure audits, including preparation of planning documents (e.g. planning memos, risk assessments, time estimates, and audit programs), execution of audit programs, preparation of draft audit reports preparation/review of workpapers, as well as other tasks in accordance with departmental objectives.

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• Ability to design and execute effective audit testing (including use of 3rd party tools).
• Strong Project Management Experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, in particular related to audit practices, e.g., creating Internal Control Questionnaires, draft risk/control matrices, detailed meeting, minutes, process/system flowcharts, drafting of audit issues, and presentation of audit results.
• Related professional certifications (CISA, CISSP, CIA etc.).
• Strong technical, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills. Prior programming experience a strong plus.
• Preferred IT experience in all or most categories:
o Web Technologies
o Operating platforms (e.g., Linux/Unix, Windows, Mainframe, AS/400)
o Database design and controls (e.g., Sybase, DB2) o Program Change Control Utilities (e.g., TCM, ChangeMan, CVS/RCS)
o Ability to perform multi-platform logical security and data center reviews
o Network and internet security (e.g., firewalls, wireless, routers, and PBX controls)
o Disaster Recovery
