VP-Finance, SEC and Regulatory Reporting Stamford CT Responsibilities: • The External Reporting team consists of approximately 30 - 35 people. External Reporting is primarily involved with the preparation and filing of the firm’s Annual Report, Form 10-K, and Form 10-Q with the SEC and various bank holding company regulatory reports. • The team is also responsible for the issuance of various subsidiary financial statements.• The team interacts closely with Investor Relations and Corporate Communciations to review and provide support for the Company's earnings release process and documents.This leadership position provides support to a team of approximately 10 – 15 individuals in the External Reporting team of the Finance organization. This VP will be instrumental in leading the efforts for the Company’s filings to appropriate regulatory bodies.Additionally, the VP will work closely with internal customers, external auditors and banking regulators to produce timely and accurate Financial Statements for the external reporting needs of the companyOther duties include supporting the needs and requests of internal departments, in particular Treasury and GCO and assisting in the development / implementation of Financial Global Reporting projects or initiatives. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Qualifications• At least ten years experience in external reporting, accounting and financial analysis • Demonstrated leadership abilities and excellent relationship management skills • Ability and desire to develop and promote the talents of individuals reporting to this position • Strong written and oral communication skills • Excellent SEC, bank regulatory reporting, and technical accounting knowledge • Regulatory reporting with the Federal Reserve and NYSBD • Strong analytical skills • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to meet critical deadlines and manage multiple projects• Personally ensures the delivery of high quality service and consistently exceeds customers’ expectations • CPA a plus |
