| Job Description: |
Accountable for all aspects of local bank performance including profitability, loan and deposit growth, sales, efficiency, and customer service for designated location; provides leadership and direction to local bank employees. Works with local line of business leaders to accomplish objectives. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1.Determines short and long term performance goals and objectives for local bank in accordance with overall bank goals. Manages objectives to ensure team-based efforts are used toward attainment of goals.
2.Reports financial and operating performance on a monthly basis relative to budget as well as projections for remainder of year.
3.Responsible for the development of budget consistent with the strategic plan and overall budget.
4.Determines and implements policies, procedures, and programs unique to the bank.
5.Meets regularly with managers, employees and officers to communicate issues, opportunities, and goals.
6.Collaborates with local lending and sales line of business leaders to call on potential customers, identify prospects, and make proposals as needed.
7.Partners with regional operations management to address all aspects of bank operations.
8.Represents bank at community functions.

| Preferred Qualifications: |
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
•Minimum 8 years of banking experience
•Minimum 5 years of management experience
•Expert knowledge of:
Federal and state banking regulations
Bank policies and procedures
Bank operations, products, and services
Lending function: operations, processes, and procedures
Credit analysis
•Working knowledge of:
Human resources management policies and practices
Compliance regulations and guidelines
•Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
•Demonstrated leadership abilities
