RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Financial management of client relationships;
• Providing consulting services to clients,
• Managing client projects,
• Participating on client service teams,
• Interacting with clients, and
• Assisting in training and development of staff.

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, None, None |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• Minimum of 5 years of core experience;
• Enrolled Actuary designation or near requirement for designation,
• Knowledge of and experience with all aspects of Defined Benefit plans including funding requirements and FAS 87 accounting,
• Excellent quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills.

| Preferred Qualifications: |
• Financial management knowledge and experience;
• Demonstrated ability to work in and lead project teams,
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills,
• High degree of self-motivation,
• ASA designation a plus,
• Multi-employer, FAS 106, or GASB 45 experience a plus.
