| Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
? Financial Reporting: Supports corporate accounting through management of all activities related to month-end product costing and inventory reporting. Includes development of standard costs, calculation and recording of variances, cost of goods sold flux analysis and inventory reconciliations. Establishes cost accounting policies and procedures and ensures worldwide compliance with same.
? Product Costing: Develop standard costs and analyze actual to standard costs variances. Assist foreign entities in developing their standard cost systems to allow for actual to standard variance analysis.
? Inventory Analysis: Responsible for the reconciliation and controls related to inventory reporting. Includes cycle-counting and reconciliation of inventories located at third-party manufactures.
? Financial Analysis: Ad-hoc absorption and variable cost analysis. Plays an integral role in the development of budgets and financial forecasting. Financial monitoring of departmental expenses and product line manufacturing costs. Various account analysis. Develops financial models and forecasting tools. Interaction with senior management including production management team.
? Business Support: Strong integration with Technical Operations clients in the role as business partner. Primary global liaise and coordination role with financial colleagues worldwide. Provide overall financial support to keep the business and finance functions mutually informed as to current and future financial and business developments.
? Special Projects: Work with multi-discipline team to assess and implement cost accounting management information system.

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Skills/Knowledge Required:
? Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
? 5 or more years experience in a large manufacturing organization with a standard cost system
? ERP system experience is strongly desired
? CPA and some public accounting experience is also a strong plus
? Good communication and interpersonal skills

BA Degree in Accounting, Minimum 3-5 years supervisory exp., 5-7 years experience with Accounting Systems, ERP experience strongly desired. |
