| Job Description: |
The Small Business Development Officer(BDO) is responsible for the development of new SBA loans. The BDO will develop a pipeline of SBA Commercial Loans through his own loan portfolio as well as assist other Commercial Lenders withing the branches in the approval process for SBA loans. The BDO will provide ongoing coaching and training to other Bank employees on the various SBA loan programs. |

-Superior sales and marketing abilities -Positive communication skills -Analytical skills -Sound credit and accounting skills related to loan screening and underwriting -Be able to determine cash flow, collateral value, and borrower's management strengths and understand a balance sheet -Organized and effective time management |
