| Job Description: |
* Direct monthly close and financial statement preparation * Communicate with multiple departments to manage annual budgeting and planning * Analyze contracts to ensure highest return on investment * Evaluate new product implementations and support in negotiations * Develop strategies to enhance profitability and growth with existing products * Other projects as assigned by management *Lead a team of approximately 20 direct reports and 80 indirect reports |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Must have previous management experience, must have telecommunications industry experience, minimum 5 years professional accounting experience--post graduating with bachelor's degree, must be willing/able to work overtime when necessary, particularly during first 6 months after starting in this role. Must have a very solid GAAP Knowledge base, |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Previous experience within public accounting is strongly desired and having a combination of public accounting experience and experience in an Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller type of role in the public or private industry sector is strongly desired. |
