| Job Description: |
Reviewing and completing analysis of complex accounting issues *Coordinating, planning and completing specific SEC-related financial statements and filings for the division *Evaluating changes in proposed new accounting pronouncements and regulations which may impact the company's financial statements, disclosure requirements, or accounting systems *Working closely with various business units and internal/external auditors on implementation efforts *Leading projects related to the integration of new concepts and/or initiatives or new or acquired blocks of business *Completing SOX testing |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
*Bachelors Degree in Accounting is a requirement *Minimum 6 years professional accounting experience, post Bachelor's Degree *Must demonstrate an extensive knowledge of accounting (above average GAAP Accounting Knowledge and prior experience) *Must demonstrate above average skills working with Microsoft Office Products (Word and Excel) *Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple deadlines and project work at any given time |
