The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy

1.1.5 “Job&NBN Site User” (the “User”) means a person who accesses the Job&NBN Site, via the Internet, and uses the information, materials and products of the Job&NBN Site.

1.1.7. “Cookies” means a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on a user’s computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server each time in an HTTP request when attempting to open a page of the relevant site.

Retention Period and Use of Personal Data

4.1 Personal Data is stored only on electronic media and used strictly for the purposes specified in paragraph 2 of this Privacy Policy.

4.2 Personal data of the User is stored on the electronic media site indefinitely.

4.3 Personal data of Users can be destroyed upon the request of the User, or at the initiative of the Administration without explanation, by removing the information posted by the Administration.

Rights and obligations of the parties

5.1 The User has the right:

5.2 The Administration shall:

Settlement of Disputes

Additional Terms

8.2. Administration has the right to change the terms of this Agreement unilaterally at any time. Such amendments shall enter into force upon expiry of three (3) days from the moment the new version of the Agreement is posted on the Website. If the User does not agree with the changes, he/she should refuse access to the Site and stop using the materials and services of the Site.

8.3. All possible disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with existing legislation.

8.4. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as establishment of agency relations, partnership relations, joint activity relations, personal employment relations, or any other relations, not directly stipulated by the Agreement, between the User and the Website Administration.

8.5 Recognition by court of any provision of the Agreement as invalid or unenforceable shall not entail invalidity of other provisions of the Agreement.

8.6. Inaction on the part of the Website Administration in case of violation of the provisions of the Agreement by any User does not deprive the Website Administration of the right to take the appropriate actions to protect its interests and copyrights to protected materials of the Website in accordance with the legislation.
